Because CLIQ rings fit at the base of your finger, opening completely to bypass the knuckle, your true finger size is needed. The easiest way to determine your true finger size is by ordering a CLIQ Fit Kit, or visiting your local Authorized Dealer for assistance.

Any mechanical object needs to be properly maintained. Just like your car needs to be inspected annually, your fine jewelry needs to be inspected every 6-12 months. If you do not hear the click, that is a sign that your ring needs to be adjusted and we'd recommend taking it to an Authorized Dealer to be inspected and adjusted to ensure that it is functioning properly.

Absolutely! We seamlessly install CLIQ technology into any ring, of any style, and can accommodate fine details like engraving and accent stones.

Your CLIQ stylus is specially engineered with a resin tip that will protect the polished finish of your ring. If your CLIQ stylus is not available, in a pinch, you'll find that a safety pin, ballpoint pen, toothpick, or anything small enough to depress the dimple will suffice! Additional stylus pens are also available for purchase.

This fully custom process involves removing the original, traditional shank and replacing it with a hinged CLIQ shank. The cost for a CLIQ retrofit can vary significantly based on a number of factors, such as ring style and condition, finger size, width and depth of the existing ring, and current precious metals market pricing. It is truly a bespoke process so we always recommend working with one of our Authorized Dealers so they can guide you on the process.

With that said, and speaking very broadly, an average retrofit may cost approximately $1,650.00 for a 14K Gold retrofit, $2,000.00 for an 18K Gold retrofit, and $2,000.00 for a Platinum retrofit.

Please understand that these prices can be significantly more in certain situations and it depends on the original ring that needs to be retrofit.

If you're having difficulties opening your CLIQ ring, first try giving it a good cleaning. If your ring is still on your finger, run it under warm water to loosen any debris that may be preventing the mechanism from moving freely. If you're still unable to remove or open it, it's a good idea to visit your nearest Authorized Dealer for a professional cleaning or to determine the next steps.
