Refund policy

CLIQ® Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns of online orders within 30 days of receipt as long as the item has its original item tag attached, includes the original packaging and is in new, unworn, and unaltered condition. CLIQ® Jewelry will not accept returns of any special orders or customized merchandise (sized, engraved, etc.) or any merchandise that shows signs of wear. CLIQ® Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns.

If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact info@cliqjewelry.com for a return authorization number. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of the item, for any reason, for a full credit towards a future purchase on www.cliqjewelry.com, or for a refund (less shipping, handling, and a 10% restocking fee).
